Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipping

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled if necessary and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Inspection Process

  Once the item reaches our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the piece to ensure it is in original, like-new condition.

  Receive Your Refund

  After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
